Supplier Quality & Process Integration Engineer

A day in this role

On 1st shift at our Ripon, WI facility, you arrive ready to align design intent with process reality. Reporting to the Quality Leader, you begin by reviewing KPI boards—clarifying who will do what by when—so priority actions move forward. Next, you partner with Supplier Quality Engineers, Product Engineering, and Purchasing to evaluate the capability of both existing and potential suppliers and to ensure parts and processes work together seamlessly.

Across the day, you coach teams in structured problem solving (DMAIC, 8D, 5-Why, fishbone) and strengthen process control by updating Control Plans and PFMEAs. You plan and run process and machine capability studies to uncover improvement opportunities, and you secure the inspection and test equipment needed on the production floor. You supervise assigned quality process control and audit personnel, maintain test and audit documentation to engineering specifications, and support smooth introduction of new designs into production. Throughout, you champion an everyone-owns-quality mindset by engaging employees to solve problems at the source.
