Build Precision Rolls That Power Manufacturing
Company: Precision Roll Solutions
Location: 1281 Parkview Rd, Green Bay 54304
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour
A Day in the Life
At 6:00 AM, you review the day’s work orders and blueprints, mapping out the setups you’ll run. You select and set up machine tools, rig a steel roll with a hoist, secure it carefully, and double‑check guards and personal protective equipment. As cuts begin, you monitor performance, measure, and fine‑tune feeds and speeds. If something drifts, you diagnose the cause, adjust, and suggest spec or design changes that could cut cost and boost performance. You keep the area tidy, move heavy rolls with a dolly or forklift, and document time in the system. By 2:30 PM, another run of precision components is complete—clean, on spec, and ready for customers across multiple industries.
