Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Keep accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC/R technology.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/R preferred.
- 3-5 Year experience HVAC/R with commercial service/install experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC/R technician, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Clean MVR and Background for high clearance locations
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
