Industrial Maintenance Technician, Food & Beverage Manufacturing

A night in the life at Ken’s Foods, Marlborough, MA

When the third shift powers up, you’re the steady hand that keeps our dressings and sauces moving. You’ll walk the floor of our climate-controlled plant, listen for changes in a pump’s tone, spot a sensor out of alignment on an automated packaging line, and dive into an electrical panel to trace a control issue. One moment you’re diagnosing a motor control fault; the next, you’re welding a bracket, soldering a connection, or ordering a replacement part from a manufacturer’s manual. You keep production humming—safely, precisely, and with pride.
