As a Non‑CDL Box Truck Operator, you’re the face of our service—navigating local routes, safeguarding freight, and closing the loop for satisfied customers.

A Day in the Life

You’ll stage your load, verify counts, and secure cargo. On the road, you’ll follow safe driving practices and local traffic laws, handle curbside or dock deliveries with a professional demeanor, and keep precise records. Back at the warehouse, you’ll wrap up with a post‑trip inspection and lend a hand organizing inventory as needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a non‑CDL box truck to deliver products to assigned locations safely and on schedule.
• Load, unload, and secure freight to prevent damage in transit.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation.
• Provide courteous, solutions‑oriented customer service at each stop.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving.
• Assist with warehouse organization and upkeep when needed.

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Self‑directed with solid time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Richmond‑area routes and traffic patterns a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current DOT medical card (or ability to obtain prior to start).
