Reliability Engineer (Arden, NC)

I’m partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Arden area that is looking to add a Reliability Engineer to their team. This role is focused on improving equipment performance and reducing downtime through strong data analysis and maintenance strategy.

You’ll be diving into equipment data, identifying trends, and helping build out and refine preventative maintenance plans across the facility. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being both analytical and hands-on with operations.
