Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the sales counter by providing product information and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment in the warehouse.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment or customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both in the sales area and warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Handle returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales and managing inventory.
• Physical ability to lift and move products as needed.
