Customer Service/Dispatcher

**$27.00 - $30.00/hour | On-Site in Thousand Oaks, CA. **

Can your smile be heard through the phone? We are hiring a Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to be the first voice our customers hear. You'll book appointments and dispatch technicians.

**Booking calls is the heart of this job. **Success is measured by your booking rate, meaning how many customer calls you turn into scheduled appointments.

This is an on-site, team-based role (not remote or hybrid).

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and turn them into booked appointments using our call flow
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, skill, and location
• Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Keep customers updated and resolve concerns professionally
• Enter accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan

What you bring

• 1–2 years of call center, customer service, inside sales, or dispatch experience
• A great phone presence and the drive to hit booking goals
• Strong computer skills; ServiceTitan or home services experience is a plus
• Availability for a schedule that may include evenings and weekends

Preferred

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC or home services.
• ServiceTitan experience.
• Sales or call-booking experience in a metrics-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the Southern California service area or strong map-reading skills.
