Precision Diecutting Machine Operator

Do you thrive on accuracy, tempo, and teamwork? Step into our Minneapolis, MN (55428) facility on 2nd shift—four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.—and take the helm of flatbed die-cutting systems, including a 40" Bobst. Your mission: transform specifications into perfect parts while keeping production safe, clean, and efficient.

What success looks like

• You configure and operate flatbed diecutters to deliver high-quality results, every run.
• You verify quality at the press, catching deviations and correcting swiftly.
• You handle preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• You work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates to improve quality and throughput.
• You keep your area spotless and strictly follow safety protocols.
• You capture production data accurately and flag issues to supervisors.
• You coach new operators, sharing best practices and standards.

Do you have the background?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing coursework is a plus.
• Experience operating flatbed diecutting equipment or similar machinery.
• Strong mechanical instincts and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort reading blueprints and technical documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
