Your impact

• Deliver products that meet customer specifications and all regulatory obligations.
• Keep an open line of communication with your supervisor for direction and feedback.
• Follow documented safety procedures, QA protocols, and USDA requirements at all times.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard‑free work area.
• Jump in to assist coworkers and leadership whenever needed.
• Maintain pace and productivity to align with line output goals.
• Practice strict GMPs: handwashing, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Immediately report food safety or quality concerns to supervision and/or QA.
• Meet customer‑specific processing or packaging requirements as applicable.
• Support compliance with the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or when you volunteer to help.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Foundational reading, writing, and math.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious, collaborative work style.

Physical demands and environment

• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for long stretches; frequent squatting and bending.
• Perform quick, repetitive hand movements.
• Work in chilled and frozen temperature zones.
• Push/pull heavy loads with a manual hand jack.
