About the Role
Step onto the production floor where precision meets craft. As a Multi-Process Production Welder — Structural Fabrication, you’ll transform raw components into high‑quality parts, subassemblies, and finished products. You’ll run a variety of welds in multiple positions across diverse lines, keeping a sharp focus on accuracy, quality standards, and safety protocols.
A Day in the Life
You begin by reviewing blueprints and work instructions, setting machine parameters, and using an overhead crane to position heavy components. You tack, heat, form, and complete welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions. Throughout the shift, you verify specs with precise measuring tools, then blend and finish each weld using grinders, wire wheels, and needle guns—all while maintaining 6S and safety practices. You’ll collaborate with teammates, cross-train in adjacent areas, and keep production moving with reliable attendance.
