Account Executive, DACH

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, Series A B2B SaaS company that is redefining how businesses communicate with their customers. Our AI-powered omnichannel messaging platform helps SMEs modernize their sales and customer service workflows — primarily via WhatsApp and other messaging channels. We're headquartered in Berlin and are looking for a driven Account Executive to help us expand our presence across the DACH region.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end — from first contact through closing — and ensure a seamless handoff to the Customer Success team
  • Work with pre-qualified inbound leads and manage all pipeline activity accurately in HubSpot
  • Deliver compelling virtual product demos that clearly articulate the platform's value proposition
  • Build deep product knowledge, stay current with new feature releases, and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape
  • Analyze your sales data against key KPIs and proactively contribute ideas to improve conversion rates and internal processes

What We're Looking For

  • Required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Required: Native-level German proficiency
  • Required: Eligibility to work in Germany without visa sponsorship (sponsorship is not available)
  • Required: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
  • Required: Comfortable in short sales cycles with direct closing experience
  • Required: Consultative, solution-oriented approach — not pushy, but smart and curious
  • Required: Ability to qualify inbound leads, run discovery calls, and convert opportunities through the funnel
  • Nice to have: English language proficiency

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with a target range of approximately €80,000–€100,000 (OTE)

Location

This is an on-site role based in Berlin, Germany. The office is located in a vibrant central neighbourhood and is well-equipped with all the essentials.
