Warehouse Associate Pick and Pack

Responsibilities

• Assist with the receiving, sorting, and distribution of incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed.
