Your impact

  • Own full-cycle CAD/CAM: program and machine both 2D operations and complex 3D surfaces
  • Set up and operate Makino, Fidia, and DMG machines
  • Run Heidenhain and Fanuc controls with confidence
  • Utilize laser tool setting and machine macros to drive accuracy and repeatability
  • Move materials and tooling using overhead cranes and forklifts

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3–5+ years of CNC programming experience (Tebis experience is a major plus)
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molds
  • Ability to perform efficient, accurate setups
  • Team-oriented mindset, good judgment, honesty, and integrity
  • Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with oils and lubricants
  • Physical ability to stand/walk constantly; bend/climb; push/pull; lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
