Join our Canandaigua Warehouse team and help keep materials accurate, safe, and on time. We’re hiring immediately for a pro who can handle sit-down forklifts, clamp lifts, and RF scanning with precision.

Highlights

  • Shifts: C Shift 4pm–12a; A Shift 12a–8a
  • Pay: Start at $19.32/hr
  • Differential: Additional $0.75–$1.25/hr based on shift

Core responsibilities

  • Operate sit-down forklifts, clamp lifts, and safety equipment
  • Execute material movement orders with accuracy and speed
  • Use RF barcode readers and vehicle-mounted (VMU) computers to track inventory
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory (non-poly and finished goods)
  • Perform repacking, stenciling/re-labeling, stretch wrapping, and hand stacking
  • Assist with recycling, inventory consolidation, material reclaim, and scrap
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold safety standards

What sets you apart

  • Background as a dock worker, forklift driver, or clamp truck operator
  • Thrives in fast-paced warehouse/logistics or manufacturing settings
  • Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience preferred; push-pull attachment experience is a plus
  • Prior exposure to RF scanners and VMU systems preferred
  • Basic math proficiency and strong English communication (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision

Training and certification

  • Must successfully complete our forklift certification program and certification manual within 90 days of placement
  • LOTO and Forklift Operation certifications required upon assignment
