CDL A Regional Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates OK

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for a regional position covering the 14 Western states. This opportunity is ideal for new CDL graduates looking to launch their driving career, as well as experienced drivers seeking a solid regional opportunity. New graduates will begin by running over-the-road with an experienced trainer before transitioning to solo runs across the Western regional lanes.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,000 - $1,200 per week
• Post-training pay ranges from $0.43 to $0.57 per mile on a sliding scale
• Experienced drivers earn $0.50 to $0.71 per mile based on years of experience
• Training pay of $850 per week for 4-6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Monthly safety bonus of up to $0.06 per mile
• Full benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Job Details

• Running lanes throughout all states west of the Mississippi
• 100% no-touch freight, running 53' dry van trailers
• Mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload freight
• Bi-weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset
• 1-day orientation held at the nearest terminal
• Drivers must be willing to run day or night shifts as needed
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,300 miles

Minimum Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours of training, or have prior Class A driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason; all criminal convictions are subject to safety review
• No DUIs within the past 5 years
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained employment gaps outside of school or training (maximum 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years)
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
