Customer Fulfillment & Order Management Supervisor

Step Into the Engine Room of Customer Fulfillment

Picture your day starting with a quick huddle: you review ERP dashboards, prioritize incoming orders, and align the team on shipping dates and product availability. A complex export-licensed order crosses your desk—you validate requirements, confirm lead times with Production and Planning, and coordinate freight terms with Shipping. Midday, you coach a rep through contract compliance, approve a sales quote, and validate a new customer account with Legal and Accounting. By afternoon, you’re streamlining an order-to-cash workflow in our CRM, documenting a new standard work instruction, and ensuring cross-coverage so every customer inquiry is answered without delay. That’s the rhythm of this role.
