Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

  • 23 - 26 USD Hourly

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of related experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn, train, and share knowledge with others
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and more with assistance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, pulling, climbing, and twisting
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Adaptable, flexible, and dependable with consistent attendance
  • Positive attitude with initiative and a focus on continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate packing and labeling of outgoing goods
  • Receive incoming materials, verify shipments, and enter data into the ERP system
  • Perform local pickups and deliveries as needed
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international shipping and trade regulations
  • Process inventory transactions and shipments using the BE system
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity
  • Deliver materials to work centers as required
  • Load outgoing trucks and prepare products for shipment
  • Move materials and shipments to appropriate storage or work areas
  • Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
  • Handle and transfer materials up to 75 lbs with assistance
  • Maintain accurate records of material locations and movements
  • Complete required Hazardous Waste (RCRA) training per EPA guidelines
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
  • Support quality standards in alignment with company quality programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Schedule

  • Third Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Training Period: Initial training will be conducted on First Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for approximately 2–3 months
