Packaging Converting Line Assistant

If you like hands-on work, solving problems on the fly, and seeing your effort turn into high-quality printed packaging, this role is for you.

Your impact

• Assist with setup: stage materials, prepare the machine, and help dial in the press for each job.
• Quality at speed: run required checks, track waste, and support consistent output shift after shift.
• Equipment support: help maintain and troubleshoot production equipment alongside the operator.
• Material flow: operate a stand-up forklift to move raw stock, finished product, and scrap safely.
• Workplace pride: maintain housekeeping standards and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Is this you?

• Comfortable around heavy machinery and high-speed rotating parts; okay with potential continuous strobe lights.
• Able to operate industrial power vehicles (prior experience a plus).
• Detail-focused team player who can work with minimal supervision.
• Basic mechanical know-how, solid math skills, and computer comfort.
• Can distinguish colors, lift up to 50 lbs, and work around solvents.
• Can meet pre-employment testing requirements.

Schedule

• Rotating 12-hour shifts: 6a–6p and 6p–6a.
• Includes days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
