Brand Designer

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to own brand design end-to-end at a fast-growing European enterprise AI SaaS company. You'll have significant creative latitude to shape how the company is experienced across every touchpoint — from the website and design system to merch, office spaces, and live events. You'll join a small, high-trust team where your decisions move fast and your impact is immediately visible.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the design system, maintaining components, tokens, and visual patterns built for scale and reuse.
  • Design intentional, high-quality merchandise — brief suppliers, iterate on samples, and make final calls on materials and quality.
  • Shape physical spaces including the office, event setups, and conference booths to create cohesive brand experiences.
  • Lead high-visibility creative projects end-to-end, from launch moments to one-off campaigns and collaborations.
  • Maintain the website's visual and frontend quality, shipping production-ready updates independently without a ticket queue.
  • Move fluidly between Figma, briefs, and vendor management while keeping multiple projects on track.
  • Treat brand as a complete experience, ensuring objects, spaces, and screens all reflect a consistent, considered point of view.
  • Use AI tools pragmatically to accelerate output without compromising craft or judgment.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in brand design delivering end-to-end brand experiences including design systems, merchandise, and physical environments.
  • Strong Figma skills plus hands-on frontend capability — you ship directly to production without handing off to developers.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end creative projects including launches and high-visibility campaigns.
  • Experience owning a design system: components, tokens, visual patterns, and accessibility considerations.
  • Experience shaping spatial design for offices, events, or exhibitions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity — you can define the brief when one doesn't exist.
  • Collaborative, direct, and able to defend design decisions with taste and rigor.

Nice to have:

  • Motion design or animation skills to support brand storytelling.
  • Experience with color token creation or advanced accessibility in design systems.
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted design workflows.

Location & Work Arrangement
