We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Client Success Representative to join our growing remote team. This fully remote role is targeted to candidates located in or near Springfield, Missouri, and requires availability to work hours aligned with Central Time. The Travel Client Success Representative will support clients throughout their travel planning journey by providing exceptional service, timely communication, and personalized assistance, serving as a primary point of contact from inquiry through post-travel follow-up.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and related services
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and policies
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier updates, and industry guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
