If dialing in settings, stabilizing start-ups, and translating material behavior into repeatable results is your thing, this role puts you at the center of it all—working side-by-side with a process team leader and Corporate engineers to bring new products and R&D trials to life.
You will
- Identify and implement process improvements across the production floor.
- Join NPD teams, contribute actionable input, and actively support job start-ups.
- Use established programs to continuously improve overall product quality.
- Apply a strong understanding of how materials behave in thermoforming to optimize outcomes.
- Support the start-up of new equipment and help get it into production efficiently.
- Own the accuracy of process definition sheets and the tracking system.
- Work on equipment using basic hand tools when needed.
- Keep your technical proficiency sharp through hands-on experience and on-the-job learning.
- Take on other related tasks as needed.
