Production Worker

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Packaging Associates to join our production team. This position is responsible for packaging products accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Package products according to company specifications and customer requirements.
• Inspect products for quality and remove defective items from the production line.
• Label, sort, stack, and prepare products for shipment.
• Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with palletizing and moving finished products as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous production, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 10-30 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

You should be proficient in:

• Manufacturing Instruction (MI)
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
