Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning inquiries and provide clear, helpful guidance on destinations and travel options.
- Coordinate trip details including accommodations, activities, and travel arrangements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
- Provide friendly and professional support throughout the travel planning process.
- Maintain accurate records of client requests and travel details.
- Stay informed about travel updates, destinations, and relevant travel resources, including regional offerings in Florida and the southeastern U.S.
- Participate in online informational sessions and training as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Comfortable working in an online/remote environment and able to manage time independently.
- Interest in travel, destinations, and assisting others in planning experiences.
- Organized with good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
- Access to a computer or smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Familiarity with Florida and nearby destinations is beneficial.
