Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning inquiries and provide clear, helpful guidance on destinations and travel options.
• Coordinate trip details including accommodations, activities, and travel arrangements.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the travel planning process.
• Maintain accurate records of client requests and travel details.
• Stay informed about travel updates, destinations, and relevant travel resources, including regional offerings in Florida and the southeastern U.S.
• Participate in online informational sessions and training as scheduled.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Comfortable working in an online/remote environment and able to manage time independently.
• Interest in travel, destinations, and assisting others in planning experiences.
