What you will do

• Execute maintenance and repair on home heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose performance problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly with clients about findings, options, and next steps.
• Document service calls, repairs, and installs with accuracy in our app.
• Follow safety standards and applicable regulations on every job.
• Keep current with evolving HVAC/R technologies, tools, and best practices.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as an HVAC technician (3+ years preferred).
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/R systems, tools, and service procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and keen attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
