Warehouse Fulfillment & Dispatch Specialist

Reports to: Warehouse Manager or Designee

Core responsibilities

• Pack, prepare, and ship orders on time with proper protective materials.
• Read pick lists and select merchandise rapidly and accurately from shelves.
• Receive inbound freight; record discrepancies and document any damage.
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy during your shift.
• Conduct basic quality checks on goods and containers before shipping.
• Keep workstations clean and adhere to warehouse safety standards.

What you bring

• Experience: 1+ year in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Process knowledge: Shipping, receiving, inventory control.
• Technology: RF scanners; ERP/WMS systems (Epicor 10 is a plus).
• Safety: Familiar with warehouse safety regulations.

Skills to succeed

• Team-focused leader who problem-solves and meets goals.
• Eligible for certification: forklift, reach truck, walkie pallet jack.
• Detail orientation; strong organization and counting accuracy.
• Comfort reading labels, product descriptions, and associated documents.
• Basic math for quantity verification.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently for the duration of the shift.
• Follow company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Take on additional related tasks as assigned.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficiency

• Forklift Licensed
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
