Material Handling Solutions Account Executive

Join LiftOne, a fourth‑generation, family‑led organization grounded in trust, integrity, and a commitment to helping customers and teammates excel. As a privately held company supporting the nation’s supply chain, we invest in people, facilities, and technology so essential goods get where they need to go. Expect competitive pay, strong benefits, and real advancement opportunities in a culture built to last.

A day in this role

You start by reviewing territory insights in your CRM, then head to a customer site to uncover how their fleet, racking, and workflows impact cost, uptime, and throughput. You map needs to solutions across lift trucks, parts, service programs, preventive maintenance, rentals, and power options. In the afternoon, you build a business case that shows why change makes sense now, and why partnering with LiftOne drives measurable ROI. You finish with a proposal review, updating your pipeline and preparing the next onsite demo.

  • Diagnose application requirements and distribution challenges; align the right material handling equipment and lifecycle services to customer goals.
  • Become a trusted advisor by learning each customer’s operation, risks, and KPIs, then crafting solutions that mitigate risk, reduce cost, and accelerate growth.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that answer three questions: why change, why now, and why LiftOne.
  • Track market trends and competitors; share actionable intelligence to shape strategy.
  • Respond to RFPs with clear, accurate answers and contribute technical content for proposals.
  • Analyze cost‑benefit tradeoffs; recommend equipment, process, or service modifications that improve outcomes.
  • Model financing options tailored to each buying scenario.
