Why this role matters

• Convert precise customer manufacturing specifications into accurate grinder programs.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot surface grinders to achieve demanding tolerances and finishes.
• Measure completed parts, detect nonconformances, and make control adjustments to correct errors.
• Use problem-solving skills to support inspection and basic repair of machinery.
• Contribute across the team with additional duties as assigned.

Where and when

• Location: Hamilton, OH (On-site)
• Shifts: Multiple options, including 2nd and weekend

Bring your strengths

• 2+ years operating and/or programming manual, semi-automated, or automated machine tools.
• Confidence with CMM, CAD-CAM, micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and profilometers.
• Fluent in reading/decoding blueprints and design sketches.
• Ability to create and keep machining process documents current.
• Background in warehouse, manufacturing, or production planning environments.
