As the face of our organization, the Front Desk Representative plays a crucial role in providing a positive first impression to our clients, visitors, and employees. You will be responsible for managing all front desk activities with efficiency, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.


Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and courteous manner.

- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual.

- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.

- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our products, services, and facilities.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing mail, and managing office supplies.

- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up for meetings and events.

- Monitor visitor access and ensure security protocols are followed.

- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or hospitality is a plus.

- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a professional setting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing competing priorities.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in attendance.
