Responsibilities
- Sell and service Personal and Commercial Property & Casualty insurance policies.
- Prospect and build relationships with new and existing clients through calls, referrals, and community outreach.
- Identify customer needs, explain coverage options, and recommend the right insurance solutions.
- Manage renewals and cross-sell opportunities within the agency’s client base.
- Maintain accurate records in agency CRM systems and follow up promptly with all prospects.
Requirements
- Active Alabama Property & Casualty License (Personal & Commercial lines required).
- Proven ability to close sales and meet production goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in insurance sales preferred.
Rewards
- Base salary: $25,000 – $30,000 per year (negotiable based on experience).
- Commission: 4 % on all new sales.
