Direct Support Professional

Pivot Staffing’s client is the leading Home Health Care organization in Northeast Ohio, and they’re growing fast! We’re seeking 5 compassionate, dedicated Direct Support Professionals to make a real impact in homes located in Canton, Louisville, and Massillon.

We offer our Direct Support Professionals:

• Pay: $12/hr — Competitive starting rate with steady weekly hours.
• Weekly Pay — Get paid every Friday for all hours worked.
• 7am-7pm shift - and working every other weekend
• 2nd and 3rd shift - work afternoons or midnights
• Paid Training — Learn everything on the job with fully paid, hands‑on training.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders and following care plans
• Encouraging independence, dignity, and personal growth
• Helping with community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• Offering emotional support and meaningful companionship
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
• Accurately documenting care and communicating with supervisors and care teams
• Following all health, safety, and agency guidelines
