Associate Dentist - New Grads welcome

I4Dentallab is seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused practice in Fort Payne, AL. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and preventive care procedures for patients of all ages

Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to patients

Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and laboratory partners to ensure quality outcomes

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program

Active Alabama dental license (or eligibility)

Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
