What experience fits best?

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training in automotive/diesel is a plus).
• Direct experience as a semi trailer tech or in a closely related repair role.
• Comfort with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Fluency in reading manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and detail orientation.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
