4th Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 4th Shift Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our facility in the Fenton, MO area. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations during the 4th shift, ensuring that all equipment and systems are running smoothly and efficiently. 4th Shift schedule is Friday-Sunday 6:45 AM - 6:45 PM

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for the 4th shift team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues.
• Manage work orders and prioritize tasks to optimize workflow.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations departments to ensure seamless production/operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to identify and eliminate causes of equipment downtime.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Manage maintenance parts and supplies inventory, including ordering, expediting, and receiving.
• Evaluate new equipment for facility integration and maintenance requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Effective team player capable of communicating with both management and maintenance personnel.
