Preventive Maintenance Program Scheduler

Build a safer, smarter maintenance future

Join us to elevate reliability and protect people through the ATS Beyond Zero Safety culture. As the Preventive Maintenance Program Scheduler, you’ll be the linchpin between production, maintenance, and materials—turning ideas into executable plans and turning plans into results through disciplined Work Execution Management.

Impact you will make

Picture Monday morning: you’ve met with supervisors and Crew Leads, clarified new requests, and filtered emergencies from routine work. For each planned task, you’ve walked the area, captured scope, and confirmed resources. Drawings, schematics, specs, and spare part numbers are queued from equipment histories, OEM manuals, and the Knowledgebase. Parts availability is verified, special tools and auxiliary equipment are reserved, and the plan is ready to go.

Your backlog stays healthy—maintained at a ready-to-execute level equal to four weeks of crew capacity. You lead weekly sessions with production to recalibrate priorities, share status, and adjust preventive activities as conditions evolve. By week’s end, a schedule is published that fully utilizes technician labor hours with the most important planned work. Feedback from the floor loops back into reusable Job Plans, improving safety, quality, and cycle time. Throughout, you train and coach CMMS users and keep equipment data and BOMs accurate.
