Class A Dedicated Truck Driver - Taking New CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates, for 100% no-touch dedicated dry van freight. This position offers predictable regional lanes, consistent schedules, and training for new drivers.

  • Compensation: $1,100–$1,800 per week; $0.50 per mile; $15 per stop (starting); $835/week trainee pay for 4–6 weeks if under 6 months’ experience; $0.06 per mile safety bonus for meeting incident‑free and fuel‑efficiency standards.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off effective after 30 days.
  • Paid Orientation: One‑day in‑person orientation at the nearest hub (paid $300).

Job details

  • 100% no‑touch dry van freight (53' trailers).
  • Regional lanes covering Central, Northern Central, Southern Central, East, and West Coast areas.
  • New drivers will run with a trainer for 4–6 weeks if under 6 months’ driving experience.

  • Average expected miles: approximately 2,500 miles per week.

Minimum requirements

  • Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
  • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction.
  • Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 5 years; no DUI convictions within the past 5 years.
  • No involuntary termination from most recent employment.
  • Demonstrated stable work history: generally no major gaps in employment over the past 10 years outside of school or training; at least 6 months of verifiable work in the last year and at least 1 year within the last 3 years.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens.
  • Residence within 50 miles of Denver, CO.
