Industrial Field & Shop Crew Supervisor

Step into a day in this role

You kick off the morning leading a safety huddle, scan the day’s drawings, and map out who goes where and with what. You stage materials, confirm equipment is ready, and pair the right people to the right tasks. As the work unfolds, you’re out in the field or on the shop floor—coaching, checking quality, solving issues on the fly, and jumping in hands-on when the crew needs an extra set of skilled hands. Throughout the day, you track progress against the schedule, keep leadership in the loop, and document what matters so each project finishes strong: safely, on time, and to spec.
