Day in the Life

It’s the start of your shift in Collierville, TN. You run a quick pre-operation inspection on your forklift, join a brief team huddle to align on safety and goals, then get to work. You move pallets with precision, stage outbound orders, unload incoming trailers, and lend a hand with inventory cycle counts. Before clocking out, you tidy your area and complete a final equipment check—because safety and efficiency matter here.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate forklifts safely to move, stack, and position product throughout the warehouse.
  • Load and unload trailers and containers with accuracy and care.
  • Complete and document routine forklift inspections; report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area to support a safe environment.
  • Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily throughput and quality targets.
  • Follow all equipment and facility safety protocols.
  • Support inventory control, including cycle counts and stock organization.

What You Bring

  • Valid forklift operator certification (required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment (preferred, not required).
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong safety mindset.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with physical demands.
  • Clear communication and reliable teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
