Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $65,000
  • Uncapped commission (earn from day one)
  • Weekly pay (base + commission)
  • Typical earnings: $85,000 – $150,000+

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • A track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Experience managing a business portfolio of $1 million+
  • Proven full sales cycle and territory management
  • Background in staffing, industrial, construction, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Comfort operating in a high-activity, KPI-driven environment
  • Exceptional follow-up, organization, and communication
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
