Growth Lead

About the Role

A fast-growing, angel-backed B2B SaaS company in the AI voice automation space is looking for a Growth Lead to own and scale the entire marketing function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive qualified leads for a high-velocity sales team. This is a senior, high-impact role with ownership over significant media budgets, creative direction, team building, and revenue-focused marketing programs.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end responsibility for the marketing function with a primary focus on generating qualified leads for sales.
  • Manage and strategically allocate a marketing budget exceeding €400,000/month.
  • Define marketing strategy, priorities, and KPIs across all channels.
  • Lead, grow, and mentor the marketing team while remaining operationally hands-on.
  • Set media buying and scaling strategy; coordinate execution with the performance marketing team (ad spend >€200,000/month).
  • Develop a creative and content strategy including testing frameworks for ads, website copy, and funnels.
  • Own website messaging and conversion rate optimization.
  • Optimize newsletter and email flows to improve funnel performance.
  • Design influencer partnerships and social/content initiatives.
  • Define strategy and KPI frameworks for SEO, social media, and personal branding programs.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies in close alignment with the sales team.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience building and delivering multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Proven experience managing total monthly marketing budgets exceeding €500,000.
  • Strong command of KPIs, tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build performance-driven creatives and compelling messaging.
  • Experience hiring, building, and scaling a marketing team while staying hands-on.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or e-commerce strongly preferred.
  • High standards for speed, quality, and ownership — you ship and iterate fast.
  • Willingness to be on-site in Vienna, Austria (relocation package available).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: €90,000 – €150,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Relocation support available for candidates moving to Vienna.
  • Close collaboration with senior leadership and direct impact on company growth.
