Warehouse Materials Flow Specialist

Type: On-site

Location: Ladysmith, Wisconsin, United States

Time type: Full time

Shape the flow of materials that power modern manufacturing

At Rockwell Automation, more than 28,000 innovators help global manufacturers produce more efficiently and sustainably. In our air‑conditioned Ladysmith facility, you’ll join that mission as the expert who keeps materials moving with precision across receiving, storage, kitting, and shipping.

A day in this role

You start your shift in our warehouse/manufacturing environment by checking overnight receipts. You verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, flag any discrepancies, and reject items that don’t meet standards. Mid‑morning, you run cycle counts and reconcile inventory records to keep our data accurate. After lunch, you assemble kitting packages so the production lines have exactly what they need, when they need it. You navigate the floor—often by forklift—to stage parts, restock inventory locations, and deliver materials to manufacturing cells. Before close, you prepare outbound shipments, package and label products, post shipping weights and charges, and ensure documentation is complete so carriers can roll on time.
