Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support high-speed production operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Schedule
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Overtime paid after 40 hours, double time after 48 hours

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on high-speed production equipment, including drive systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, fuses, switches, motors, and drives
- Perform preventive maintenance safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Support food safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate design and fabrication of replacement parts or equipment when needed
- Work with internal teams to identify root causes and improve equipment performance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, wiring, circuits, etc.)
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules, including weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-speed production or food/packaging manufacturing
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
