Maintenance Technician / Janitorial Support
Location: Meadville, PA
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician / Janitorial Support professional to support daily operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, assisting with basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and ensuring the facility remains clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Technical Support
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist in maintaining production uptime
- Support basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
- Work with machinery of varying ages and types
Facility & Shop Support
- Perform general facility maintenance including repairs, painting, and organization
- Maintain cleanliness across production and shop areas
- Assist with janitorial duties including cleaning and chip spinning
- Support overall shop efficiency and safety standards
Tools & Measurement
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers when required
- Follow maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of electrical experience or working electrical knowledge
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and equipment
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
Compensation & Schedule
- $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
