Transportation Fleet Diesel Mechanic – Beverage Distribution

Your mission: maximize uptime through sharp diagnostics, diligent PMs, and quality repairs—without getting stuck doing the same fix over and over.

Impact you’ll make

• Diagnose complex issues with modern diagnostic tools and turn insights into reliable repairs.
• Own preventive maintenance schedules and perform engine, transmission, and brake work to spec.
• Partner with teammates to ensure every truck leaves safe, compliant, and delivery-ready.

Growth-minded requirements

• Background in diesel, truck, automotive, heavy equipment/yellow iron, or farm equipment.
• Your own tools and a commitment to craftsmanship.
• Valid New York State driver’s license; comfortable operating company vehicles (CDL A not required).

• Ability to pass drug testing, (including THC)

Work-life balance, built in

• 2nd Shift: Around 2:00pm–10:00/10:30pm with a $3/hr differential.
• 3rd Shift: Around 9:30pm–6:00am with a $4/hr differential.
• Guaranteed 40 hours; overtime available as needed; weekends are typically free.

• $24–$30 per hour (experience-based) + $3–$4/hr shift differential + OT potential.
