A day in the life
Whether you choose 1st or 2nd shift, you’ll start by inspecting your forklift, confirming it’s safe and ready. Trucks arrive, and you move swiftly—unloading, verifying counts, and staging materials with precision. Throughout the shift, you’ll keep aisles clear, inventory tidy, and communication flowing so production and shipping targets are met without a hitch.
What you’ll do
- Operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment safely to move, stage, and stack product.
- Load and unload trailers, confirming product counts and handling goods with care.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety issues.
- Follow established safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain orderly warehouse areas and support inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production and shipping goals.
What you bring
- Hands-on forklift experience (certification preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Sharp attention to detail; can follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfort lifting and moving heavy materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable, team-first mindset with strong safety awareness.
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
