You clock in, review the incoming queue, and start triaging equipment: one hour it’s a truck‑mounted carpet cleaning unit, the next a 2–4 cylinder gas engine or a portable extractor. With testing equipment in hand and OEM troubleshooting guides and repair manuals open, you zero in on root causes, document findings, and launch the repair plan. You create the service order, prepare an estimate, and reach out to the customer by phone or email to walk them through next steps and schedule work in our scheduling software. Between jobs, you coordinate with fellow technicians on workload, order parts from vendors, and keep the bench clean, organized, and safe.
We value precision repairs, transparent communication, and teamwork. You’ll help us hit quality and productivity goals by documenting work clearly, staying proactive with parts and vendor coordination, and supporting your teammates across the shop and store.
