- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all miles, loaded and empty.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.

The position operates on predictable regional lanes throughout the Eastern U.S., east of I-35, with drivers based in the Greensboro area. Drivers are home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Assigned equipment: 2025–2026 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors.
- Equipment policy: No slip-seating.
- Driver amenities: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Rider programs: Pet and passenger programs supported from the first day.
Qualifications and requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Clean motor vehicle record and an active DOT medical card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
