• Transform technical drawings into accurate, durable metal components.
• Keep production flowing by setting up, operating, and maintaining weld stations.
• Deliver repeatable quality through careful measurement and thorough inspections.

Your core responsibilities

• Set up welding equipment to meet job specifications for production tasks.
• Interpret blueprints/technical drawings to determine dimensions and weld requirements.
• Use a tape measure and other measuring tools to verify precise cuts and fits.
• Execute MIG and Stick welds to fabricate assemblies and parts.
• Inspect finished work for dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, orderly work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Work cross‑functionally with teammates to meet schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Welder/Fabricator with MIG and Stick proficiency.
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing literacy.
• Accurate tape measure reading; skilled with measurement tools.
• Knowledge of welding setups in a production environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Self‑directed and team‑oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
