10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional delivery position. This full-time role provides a predictable schedule, consistent miles and weekly home time while offering competitive compensation and employee benefits.
Route and schedule
- Dedicated lane originating in West Memphis, AR, serving TX, OK, TN, AR, LA and MS
- Average: 3 loads per week with approximately 3 stops per load
- Weekly home time with a guaranteed 34-hour reset
Equipment and freight
- Sleeper automatic tractors pulling 53' dry trailers
- Dry freight; primary unloading performed using roller conveyor systems
- Typical backhauls include no-touch live loads to the distribution center
Compensation and benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1,400 via direct deposit

Primary responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries to meet on‑time performance expectations
- Perform and document pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; submit DVIRs and trip reports
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation
- Operate roller conveyor unloading equipment as required and follow safe handling procedures
- Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, customers and maintenance
- Adhere to company safety policies and quality standards to ensure damage‑free deliveries
- Secure and park tractor/trailer at an approved, safe location near home when required
Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)
- Minimum of 3 months verifiable tractor‑trailer experience within the past year
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Able to pass DOT physical exam and pre‑employment drug screening
- Ability to operate roller conveyor equipment and perform related duties
- Reliable, professional attitude and demonstrated commitment to safety
- Access to a safe and secure parking location for tractor/trailer near home when required
