Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and hydraulic systems
• Perform equipment and component alignments
• Replace hydraulic hoses and work with JIC and SAE fittings
• Properly grease and lubricate motors, gearboxes, and other equipment
• Follow LOTO and plant safety procedures
• Support equipment across roll-forming, welding/fabrication, and paint-line departments

Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and alignments
• Knowledge of industrial grease and lubrication
• Experience replacing hydraulic hoses
• Experience with presses, paint lines, or hydraulic-heavy manufacturing equipment is a plus
